Refund Policy

Resilience offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions to our Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund:

• Visit stripe.com and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact us at hello@aiorigin.io with your order details and we will help arrange the refund through Stripe.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed by Stripe, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. After a refund is issued, access to paid features on the related subscription will end.
